Listening to the Field: A Relationship You Already Have

Listening to the Field: A Relationship You Already Have

There is an intelligence that is always present. It is not separate from you. It is not something you have to earn or search for. It is already part of who you are.

Over the years, I have come to know this intelligence as the Field. Others may describe it differently—as universal consciousness, divine intelligence, Source, or simply intuition. The name is less important than the experience.

What matters is that we are in a relationship with it.

The Field is not outside of us, directing our lives from a distance. It is something we participate in. It is through this relationship that inspiration arises, intuition deepens, creativity unfolds, and new understanding begins to emerge.

Every person has access to this relationship. The question is not whether the Field is communicating.

The question is whether we have become quiet enough to notice.

How the Field Communicates

The Field is always communicating with us. Rarely does it arrive as a loud voice or dramatic experience. More often, it is quiet, gentle, and deeply personal. Synchronicity is one of the best examples of how the Field communicates.

It speaks through intuition — the feeling in your chest when something is right, and the particular heaviness when something is wrong, even before your mind has assembled a reason. It speaks through the dream that arrives on three consecutive nights, refusing to be dismissed as random. It speaks through the name that surfaces in your mind unbidden, the book that falls off the shelf at exactly the wrong or exactly the right moment, the conversation you weren’t planning to have that quietly changes something on the other side of it.

Sometimes it is a gentle nudge. Sometimes it is an unmistakable pull toward something you cannot yet explain.

Over time, many of us have learned to place more trust in what is outside of us than in what is quietly unfolding within us. We look for answers everywhere except the place where they often begin.

It is always there. It is never gone.

That inner knowing has never left you. It has simply been waiting for you to notice it again.

Part of my work is helping people rediscover that relationship. Not by giving them answers, but by helping them recognize the wisdom that has always been available to them.

The Field is always communicating. The more we learn to listen, the more we discover it has been responding to us all along.

Your DNA Is Listening Too

Over the years, I have come to understand that our DNA is far more dynamic than we once believed.

To me, it is not simply a biological blueprint. It is also a living library of our experiences, our potential, and the wisdom carried through generations and, from my perspective, across lifetimes.

As our consciousness expands, something within us begins to respond.

New awareness changes the choices we make. New choices influence how we live, how we relate to others, and how we experience ourselves. It is through this process of awareness, healing, and integration that dormant potential can begin to emerge.

We are not limited to repeating the patterns we inherited. Whether those patterns come through our family, our life experiences, or deeper layers of consciousness, they can be understood, transformed, and lived differently.

This is much of the work I do during a session. It is not about predicting the future. It is about recognizing the patterns shaping your present, so you can consciously choose what you carry forward.

Not sure what your own inner voice sounds like yet? Start with a conversation.

Three Ways to Begin Listening

You don’t need special abilities to begin hearing the Field. You simply need a willingness to become more aware.

First, notice before you interpret. The Field often speaks quietly. It may come as a feeling in your body, a gentle knowing, a pause before saying yes, or a sense that something doesn’t quite feel right. Before you try to explain it, simply notice it. Awareness is where listening begins.

Second, create space for stillness. We often believe that if we keep searching, thinking, or doing more, the answer will appear. In my experience, the opposite is often true. When the mind becomes quiet, the wisdom that has always been present has room to emerge. Stillness is not doing anything. It is making space to listen.

Third, ask a sincere question, and be open to how the answer arrives. Before making an important decision, before going to sleep, or during a quiet moment, simply ask: “What would be most helpful for me to understand right now?” Then let go of how the answer should come. It may arrive as an intuitive knowing, a dream, a conversation, a feeling in your body, or a quiet moment of clarity that appears when you least expect it.

The Field is always communicating. The more we learn to quiet ourselves and listen, the more naturally the conversation begins to unfold.

You Don’t Have to Walk This Path Alone

Learning to listen to the Field is not something we master overnight. Like any meaningful relationship, it deepens with time, trust, and experience.

Whether through a private session, Cosmic Travelers, or simply by creating quiet moments in your own life, every step you take strengthens your ability to recognize the wisdom that has always been available to you.

You are not learning something new. You are remembering something familiar.

The Field has never stopped communicating. It has been patiently waiting for you to recognize the conversation.

And remember… you know more than you know.

What Makes It Hard to Hear the Field

One of the questions I am often asked is, “If the Field is always communicating, why don’t I hear it?”

Over the years, I have noticed a few common patterns.

The first is learning to ignore what our body already knows. We say yes when something within us is saying no. We dismiss our intuition because it doesn’t seem logical. Over time, we stop noticing the quiet signals that were always there.

The second is looking outside ourselves for every answer. Seeking guidance is valuable, but there comes a point when we must also learn to trust our own inner knowing.

The third is constant busyness. When every moment is filled, there is little space to notice what has been quietly trying to reach us.

None of these are mistakes. Most began as ways to navigate life, protect ourselves, or meet the expectations of the world around us.

The good news is that what has been set aside can be remembered. The Field has never withdrawn. Sometimes all that is needed is the willingness to become quiet enough to hear what has been waiting for us all along.

Why This Matters Beyond Ourselves

Learning to listen to the Field is more than a personal journey.

Every time we become more aware, release an old pattern, or choose to live from a deeper truth, that change extends beyond our own lives.

We influence our families, our communities, and the collective consciousness we all share.

This is one of the reasons I created CORE.

CORE is a sacred circle for those who feel called to explore this work more deeply—not only for their own growth, but for the contribution they can make to humanity’s evolution. Together, we explore personal transformation, timeline healing, and our relationship with Earth and collective consciousness.

Real change begins within each of us. As we become more integrated, more aware, and more aligned with who we truly are, that coherence naturally extends into the world around us.

We are never evolving in isolation. Every step toward wholeness contributes to something greater than ourselves.
